Hello everyone:
I am partnering as a consultant with a Family Office to find companies who could benefit from a major founder-friendly investment that comes with no control and no board seats.
Minimum ticket size is $100 million up into the billions.
The FO is an agnostic PIPE investor and thus requires a company be public or going public with a listing on the NASDAQ or the NYSE regardless of their location around the world.
Minimum revenue to qualify is $20 million and/or the value of assets on the balance sheet; and $1 million in cash on hand.
Capital deployment is $15 billion with $8 billion already committed. The capital cannot be drawn down unless the company is publicly listed; in that case, management has the option of drawing it down all at once or in four equal tranches. The funds can be used for internal organic growth and/or strategic acquisitions.
